Harvard Business School Global Alumni Conference (1997)
|
| Harvard Business School has 109 independent alumni clubs and associations in 39 countries worldwide. The HBS Global Alumni Conference is an annual event, which took place in Hong Kong in 1997.
More than 800 HBS alumni and guests from 45 countries gathered in April that year, weeks before Hong Kong’s historic return to Chinese sovereignty. The varied program of activities included discussion sessions with HBS professors, Asian business executives and government officials, pre- and post-conference tours to Shanghai and Beijing, nightly social events and a social program for accompanying persons.
Interaction coordinated the entire project, including all conference logistics, speaker participation, all aspects of customer service, and on-site management.
