Regular peer group meetings
|
The Executive Forum provides an opportunity for the most senior regional managers of multinational corporations to discuss topical and sometimes difficult strategic and operational issues.
Intimate meetings are addressed by speakers who are leading experts in the topic under discussion. The format encourages highly interactive participation and provocative, off-the-record exchanges. The program is designed to enable the group to focus on issues of real importance and the result is the development of practical, actionable strategies to address the issues concerned.
The Executive Forum is a true peer group - membership is individual as opposed to corporate - and the small group of members is carefully selected from a variety of different industries. While members' business activities differ, they all face similar strategic challenges. Members are invited to join according to their seniority and experience in the region.
Interaction arranges the program and venue for about ten meetings of The Executive Forum each year, which take place in a closed-door environment. Additional ad hoc sessions are organized to address major and sudden changes in the business environment.
