The Asian Corporate Governance Association, founded in 1999, is an independent, non-profit membership organization dedicated to working with investors, companies and regulators to promote effective corporate governance practices throughout Asia.
The Asian Business Dialogue on Corporate Governance is a high level forum for practical discussion about harnessing corporate governance to build stronger and more credible capital markets in China and Asia. For the last five years, ACGA and Interaction have staged the event throughout Asia.
Each year, the event brings together about 150 senior executives, professionals and officials from major corporations, blue-chip institutional investors and pension funds, commercial and investment banks, leading professional firms and governments. Interaction's responsibilities include logistics and on-site management.
